GROUP LEADER BENEFIT PROGRAM:

  • Pricing advantages on select games
  • Preferred seats - best available at the time of ordering
  • Acknowledgement of your group on the Joe Louis Arena Video Board
    during the game
  • No per-ticket service charge. An ordering and processing fee of $10 applies
  • Personal one-on-one service from a Group Sales Account Executive will help you when finding a hotel, meeting room, parking and event planning
  • Gift certificates good for food and beverages are available for purchase in $5 increments
  • Access to the Detroit Red Wings Group Manager will allow you to manage online ticket orders and create a custom purchasing link
  • Ability to add “Great Lakes Invitational. Diel in the D, Big 10 Hockey tournament and Motor City Madness event ticket to your order for additional savings.” or other Olympia Entertainment event tickets to your order for additional savings

    GROUP TICKET DEPOSIT POLICY:

  • All Group Deposits must be used during the 2016-17 season or will be forfeited
  • $250 deposit for group reservations of 20-49 games
  • $500 deposit for group reservations of 50-74
  • $750 deposit for group reservations of 75+
  • Group Deposits can be deferred to a different game and/or seating location
  • Group Deposits can only be applied to ticket purchases of 20 or more
  • Groups can release any unused tickets in their reservation 30 days prior to game date
  • There are no refunds on tickets after they have been paid

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

  • Groups require a minimum of 20 or more people attending the same game
  • Children two years of age or under do not require a ticket for entry
  • All group ticket orders are considered final sales; no refunds or exchanges
  • Seat locations and offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation
  • Final payment is due one month prior to the scheduled game date
  • Additional seats may be added at any time based on availability
  • A service fee of $10 per game is automatically added
